Automated/ Computer-based data processing system: Automated data processing is done by machines.

If manipulation of data is done by computer, then it is computer-based system.

Automated/Computer-based system includes:

1. 1.    The conversion of raw data into machine readable form.
   2.    Flow that formatted-data to CPU for processing.
   3.    Store information into memory.
   4.    Formatted output into human readable form.
