2. Reduction in paperwork: The use of computers of data processing has helped the management of business or organizations to cope with increasing problem of paper handling.
3. Cost reduction: Cost reduction occur due to processing of data in speed and storage in memory.
4. Reduce the manpower requirements by the automation of work.
5. It is more reliable and has high accuracy.
6. It can’t apply its own intelligence.
